This project involved the production of architectural AI CGI visualisations for a proposed residential apartment development located on Norton Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands. KreatiViz was appointed to deliver a combination of planning and marketing AI CGI, supporting both the early planning stages and the commercial promotion of the scheme.
The development is positioned on a vacant infill plot within an established urban setting, surrounded by existing residential and mixed use buildings. The client required marketing visuals that could clearly communicate design intent, scale, and context to planning authorities, while also creating engaging, lifestyle led imagery to support early stage marketing and off plan property sales.
Our role was to translate architectural proposals into photorealistic visuals that balanced technical accuracy with emotional storytelling, ensuring the scheme could be understood, approved, and promoted effectively before construction commenced.
Modern Living Lifestyle
Norton Road Apartments wasn't just a building to visualise, it was a way of living to sell. Every exterior CGI was composed with lifestyle at its heart. Warm interiors framed through windows, residents already settled in, daily life already underway behind the brick.
Produced through our advanced 3D to AI workflow, the visuals sell the home, the lifestyle and the address before the first resident moves in.

A Home Already Lived In
Closer perspectives bring the scheme to human scale. Through every window, a glimpse of the life waiting inside, turning architectural drawings into a future home buyers can already see themselves in.

The Address In Full
A wider perspective places the development in its surroundings, forecourt, landscaping, parking and architectural scale, all communicated in one frame. The kind of contextual visual that supports planning conversations and marketing brochures simultaneously.

Where The Neighbourhood Tells The Story
The third visual zooms out into community, pedestrian flow, surrounding streetscape and the everyday life around the building. A photomontage CGI built to position Norton Road Apartments as part of the place, not an object dropped onto it.
Every visual focused on translating architectural intent into the lived environment, the streetscape, the forecourt, the pedestrian context and the everyday surroundings the building would join.
Each image produced through our advanced 3D to AI workflow for digital images that show photorealistic visuals, integrate accurately with the planning context and translate directly into marketing ready assets.
Bringing
The Vision
To Clients

From Brief To Marketing Ready
Norton Road Apartments captures what KreatiViz delivers as an AI Visual Marketing Studio for modern residential schemes. Marketing imagery, planning visuals and contextual photomontage CGI, all produced through a single advanced 3D to AI workflow, all marketing ready from the first export, all built to sell the scheme before construction completes.
Enhance the Client's Design Process
For Norton Road Apartments, our visuals worked as a live decision-making layer through the design stage. Brick palette, window proportion, entrance detailing, landscaping treatment, every architectural choice could be assessed photorealistically before specification was locked. Reducing late-stage changes and giving the design team confidence in every direction the scheme took.
A Tool for Confident Decision Making
Beyond the design team, the same visuals delivered confidence across every stakeholder the project would touch. Planning officers reading the photomontage CGI. Marketing teams briefing the launch. Sales teams preparing the off-plan campaign. One asset set, multiple audiences, each given the clarity to commit to the development before construction completes.
