Nestled in the heart of North Wales, this magnificent property underwent a truly remarkable transformation — one that redefined its character from a traditional family home into a modern, luxurious residence of distinction. KreatiViz was commissioned to create a series of high-end 3D renderings and CGI visualisations that would capture the essence of this development, showcasing both the architectural ambition and the attention to detail behind the design.
This project was not simply about extending or refurbishing an existing building; it was about reimagining the home as a whole, enhancing its structure, interiors, and exterior appeal to deliver a cohesive vision of luxury living. The development combined a full interior refurbishment and reconfiguration with bold new architectural features, including a striking double-storey stone extension, a brand-new garage, an elegant ensuite bedroom, and a grand porch entrance designed to make a lasting first impression. Our role at KreatiViz was to ensure that the design could be communicated with clarity and impact before construction began. Using state-of-the-art 3D rendering techniques, we produced photorealistic imagery that highlighted not only the scale and sophistication of the new development but also the subtleties of material finishes, lighting, landscaping, and interior styling.
