Bringing Residential Transformation to Life Through CGI
Located in the heart of Greater Manchester, Omega House is undergoing a bold transformation from an outdated commercial block into a vibrant collection of modern residential apartments. As the property is redeveloped into contemporary 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes, KreatiViz was brought on board to help visualise this transition with clarity, style, and precision.
Our role was not only to showcase what these apartments could look like, but to communicate the potential of the development in a way that would engage both buyers and investors. Through high-end architectural CGI, we captured the vision behind the conversion, bringing warmth and life to the interiors, atmosphere to the exteriors, and detail to every space in between.
The CGIs produced for this project were more than just visuals—they became the cornerstone of the client's marketing strategy. From website hero banners to social media posts and a beautifully designed brochure (also created by our team at KreatiViz), every element was tailored to help sell the lifestyle behind the property, not just the layout.
Set in a thriving urban location with strong commuter links and a growing rental market, the Salford apartments offer an ideal opportunity for those seeking modern city living with character. Our job was to make that vision feel real before a single room was built.

A Focused CGI Package to Maximise Market Impact
We were tasked with producing a variety of CGIs that would allow prospective buyers or renters to understand the potential of the space long before construction completed.
The final output included:
-
3D floor plan visuals for all apartment layouts
-
Wide-angle interior CGIs for each key space
-
Detail-oriented close-ups that capture lighting and textures
-
A full external render of the refurbished Omega House façade
All visuals were developed with marketing in mind—optimised for multi-platform use and refined to reflect the interior design intent, material selections, and brand tone of the development.

Breathing New Life Into an Existing Building
The development, situated in the heart of Salford, involved the conversion of the existing building at Omega House. This brick-built structure—characterised by its curved corners and strong 1990s commercial aesthetic—was to be reimagined as a residential hub offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.
Our visualisation challenge was to bring this vision to life in a way that felt vibrant, current, and market-ready—without needing major changes to the external architecture. Every CGI image we produced needed to capture the lifestyle aspirations of the target audience, while showing how clever interior layouts and contemporary finishes could completely modernise the space.
Photoreal Interior Visuals: Selling a Lifestyle
Beyond layouts and full-room perspectives, we created a series of photorealistic interior renders zoomed in on design details: bedside tables, lighting fixtures, textiles, soft furnishings, and kitchen fittings.
These shots served dual purposes—adding visual richness to brochures and social media, while also helping potential buyers emotionally connect to the space. By showing real-life items styled within the setting, we communicated more than space; we conveyed lifestyle, comfort, and quality.

Designed for Multi-Platform Marketing
All visuals were exported for maximum versatility—used in everything from Instagram carousels and Facebook ads to listing portals and printed handouts. Each CGI was carefully styled to feel high-end, aspirational, and conversion-focused.
Whether viewed on a phone screen or inside a printed brochure, our imagery helped the project stand out in a competitive Manchester rental and sales market.
1-Bedroom Apartment CGI
This layout offered compact, modern living with a strong focus on comfort and practicality. Our top-down floor plan render clearly communicated the apartment’s smart use of space—complete with an open-plan living area, bright corner lounge, and a cosy bedroom finished in neutral tones.
The design aimed to appeal to first-time buyers or renters looking for a calm, minimalist interior style, enhanced by soft lighting, warm textures, and carefully styled accessories.
2-Bedroom Apartment CGI
The 2-bedroom unit was visualised to show flexibility for sharers or young families. Our renders showcased two full bedrooms—each styled differently to suggest potential user types—plus a bright living/dining area flooded with natural light from the large front-facing windows.
We created CGIs that conveyed both functionality and lifestyle—featuring modern furniture, subtle accent colours, and clean finishes designed to speak directly to design-conscious city dwellers.
3-Bedroom Apartment CGI
Our 3-bedroom apartment CGI visuals highlighted spacious living and greater family potential. The layout provided a master bedroom and two additional rooms, supported by multiple bathrooms and storage options.
We focused on presenting this unit as a longer-term living solution, adding interior details like layered lighting, luxury throws, framed artwork, and greenery to convey comfort and warmth. From the breakfast bar to the generous corner lounge, every render invited prospective residents to imagine themselves at home.

Supporting Sales with a Custom-Designed Brochure
Alongside CGI production, we also designed a full promotional brochure for the client. This included:
-
Branded front and back covers
-
Lifestyle-inspired interior page layouts
-
Floorplans, location maps, and feature lists
-
Integration of all CGIs throughout
The brochure was built for both print and digital distribution and supports the client’s sales funnel from initial enquiry to reservation.
Exterior CGI: Reimagining Omega House
The exterior CGI shows the updated vision for the building façade, preserving its bold red brick structure while breathing new life into its identity. With landscaping, lighting, signage, and active residents included in the render, this visual helped the development feel aspirational and current.
This hero image was used as the lead visual on the developer’s website and brochure cover, providing a striking first impression of the new apartments.
